Projects

A PHYSICS-INFORMED NEURAL NETWORK FRAMEWORK FOR LINEAR ELASTIC ANALYSIS: FORWARD SIMULATION, PARAMETRIC SURROGATE MODELING, AND INVERSE IDENTIFICATION OF A DEEP TUNNEL

Developed a PINN framework embedding governing PDEs into the loss function for linear elastic materials, validated against Abaqus FEM, with a parametric surrogate model and inverse material identification (Young's Modulus and Poisson's ratio) achieving relative error below 0.1%.

NSGA-II Optimizing Ground Improvement

Developed an NSGA-II-based optimization technique to identify the optimal trade-off between construction cost and completion time for embankment projects in Bangkok's soft soil conditions.
